Known issues

You don’t receive SMS messages when a new account is created

Most likely, the reason is that the phone number you specified when registering your first external account is not your current number.

When you create your first external account, the system remembers the phone number for verification. And this number cannot be changed by updating the phone number in the My Account. So, if the phone number you entered earlier is no longer valid, contact technical support.
